Hexarelin description
Hexarelin is a very powerful growth hormone releasing peptide secretagogue (also referred to as GHRP). Hexarelin is characterized by having a longer terminal half-life (approximately 70 min) than most other hormone peptides and is extremely effective at releasing growth hormone . This long half-life is inherent with peptides that have been modified by replacement of the naturally occurring l amino acids for thed-configuration. The pharmacokinetics of hexarelin correlates well with the pharmacodynamic findings reported by Deghenghi et al. (1994) who observed that in the adult male rat, growth hormone peak levels were apparent 20 min after the s.c. administration of hexarelin. The authors observed that growth hormonw secretion induced by hexarelin was prompt and sustained as it was still highly stimulated at 30 min.
Hexarelin (or just HEX) is a hormones peptide which contains a short chain made from just six amino acids and has structure similar to regulatory proteins which helps them to release G-hormone. Its molecular weight/mass is 877.05 and its molecular formula is C47H58N12O6. Clinical studies and trials with different peptides which release hormones have started in early 1990s, with study LED by scientist Denghenghi in which hexarelin was created by substituting one of amino acids in protein's structure by more stable form. In 1995 another study took place in which its action on hypothalamus and pituitary gland was revealed. At the moment there are few ongoing studies regarding hexarelin features. The primal action of hexarelin is the stimulation of glands to release hormone of growth; However it also has positive effects on muscular endurance and can increase muscle strength and promote growth of muscular tissues. As well this peptide possesses some neuroprotective features alongside with participating in healing processes.
How it works ?
When Hexarelin is administered as a subcutaneous injection, it activates the pituitary by pulse, just like GHRP-6, which helps to circulate the hormone in the body. Unlike GHRP-6, it does not cause any hunger side effects. Hexarelin not only improves the level of GH in the body, but also inhibits somatostatin, which is the main reason to inhibit the release of GH. This means there will be more GH rich. In addition, hexarelin is the strongest available GHRP, so users should note that desensitization may be much faster than other GHRP. This makes it less suitable for long-term use, but since hexarelin can improve the health of IGF-1 and GH, it can work perfectly as a PCT tool for the synthesis of GH / IGF-1 cycles. The potency of the peptide should not be underestimated, along with the production of cortisol and the increase in prolactin. Application of Hexarelin :
Ghrelin is an appetite-regulating factor secreted from peripheral organs that is involved in regulation of energy homoeostasis via binding to the receptor resulting in the secretion of by the pituitary gland. The pathway activated by binding of ghrelin to the secretagogue receptor, GHSR1a, regulates the activation of the downstream mitogen-activated protein kinase, Akt, nitric oxide synthase, and AMPK cascades in different cellular systems. One of the important features of GHSR1a displays constitutive activity possessing basal activity in the absence of an agonist, resulting in a high degree of receptor internalization as well as of signaling activity. Inverse agonists for the ghrelin receptor could be particularly interesting for the treatment of obesity. This activity seems to provide a tonic signal required for the development of normal height, probably through an effect on the HGH axis.
Dosage and Usage
Hexarelin comes in a freeze dried powder just like the other GHRP peptides and storage should be done in a cool dry place until reconstituted and placed in a refrigerator. Bacteriostatic water is used to reconstitute the powder and an insulin syringe is the preferred method for administering subcutaneous injections of hexarelin. Users will notice 200mcgs is the saturation dose for hexarelin and over a few weeks of use total desensitization may begin to take place. Also, the occasional flare up of the pituitary has been noted when dosing far beyond saturation doses. Desensitization can be cleared easily by taking a break from hexerlin usage for a few days to a few weeks. This GHRP is the strongest, and because of the desensitization factor, I believe the optimal way to use this peptide would be to blend it at low doses with other GHRP’s like GHRP2, GHRP6 or iPamorelin. By combining a low dose of hexearelin with another GHRP, you are going to increase your ability to put out a greater pulse of growth hormone. Combine this with GHRH’s and you have a synergistic blend that will release GH more effectively. In fact, for synthetic HGH users, this may be a viable way to save money on using less exogenous GH by combining it with hexarelin in a GHRP+GHRH cycle. As a result, utilizing hexarelin in this protocol would establish the maximum GH release in the body.
