What is Coluracetam (MKC-231)?
Coluracetam (MKC-231) is a synthetic Racetam drug, which is said to be a clever compound. It does not have a lot of evidence to investigate it, but the mechanism of action (as well as the structure) seems to be very different from other roxatan compounds such as piracetam or alarascan.
Colloidal acetal appears to interact with a process known as high affinity cholinergic uptake (HACU), which is a rate limiting step for pulling choline into neurons that synthesize acetylcholine. Increasing the HACU rate appears to increase the activity of cholinergic neurons, so it is the desired goal of cognitive enhancement.
Rat intervention (currently no human evidence) supports the use of coluracetam at very low oral doses to protect HACU, otherwise the use of studies that are known to impair HACU is compromised. The evidence suggests that the intrinsic effect of kaoxetan on HACU in normal neurons failed to reveal any significant interaction.
It has also been noted that choline acetyl is physically linked to the choline transporter but does not know that it is associated with it.
In general, there is not enough evidence to support the use of coluracetam for cognitive enhancement. Further research is needed to understand whether treatment with HACU may be impaired (eg, Alzheimer's disease).
Prodcut application
Coluracetam is a pharmacist for the Swiss family. Kolasittan initially developed and tested Alzheimer's disease by Mitsubishi Milano Pharmaceuticals. BrainCells Inc was licensed to investigate major disability disorder (MDD) after the drug failed to meet the end of the clinical trial by the California Qualified Treatment Grant Program Grant. The results from its Phase 2a clinical trial suggest that it will be an ideal drug for MDD with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). BrainCells Inc is currently licensing the drug. It may also be used to prevent and treat ischemic retinopathy and retinal and optic nerve injury.
Coralcitam enhances high affinity cholinergic uptake (HACU), which is a rate-limiting step for the synthesis of acetylcholine (ACh), and is currently the only known choline uptake enhancer. Studies have shown that salacillan can improve the learning impairment of single oral doses of rats exposed to cholinergic neurotoxin. Subsequent studies have shown that it may induce lasting cognitive effects by altering the choline transporter regulatory system.
Product effect
Coluracetam also seems to have a little stimulating effect. If it is awake, it should help to get rid of any one of the morning boring, it can produce a pleasant and comfortable day to keep the energy boost. Many users have reported that this can help them improve their motivation and ability to complete their work. Another interesting effect is the apparent enhancement of sound and color. This can be compared with the brightness of the TV or computer screen, the sound becomes more abundant and rich.
Memory and learning
Shows that choline acetylcholine can improve the cognitive function and memory of rats, theoretically human beings will have the same results. A study conducted by BrainCells Inc showed that the rats were challenged with a substance of AF64A (neuron-specific neurotoxin) at a dose of 3 mg for 8 days. These rats were able to mark their ability through standardized Morris water maze through them, even after the last 8 mg dose 72 hours. Another important finding of this study was that the results were still evident after 3 days of the last dose, even if serum albumin concentrations were negligible.
Depression and anxiety
BrainCells Inc found that a dose of 240 mg (divided into three doses of 80 mg) was useful for the treatment of severe depression complications with GAD (generalized anxiety disorder). However, among the population who did not find a remedy in the use of standard antidepressants, the difference was most pronounced. There was no significant difference after one dose, but 36% of the two doses at 80 mg improved in the depression assessment test.
eyesight
Corlocetan has been associated with optical advantages, such as enhanced color perception, recognition and vividness. Although there is no conclusive evidence to support the mechanism behind this benefit, experts believe that kolasitram can be part of the brain to run the visual process.
Dose
Since the study object is rat, there is no recommended human dose, but there is a general conversion guide.
In rats, the dose ranged from 1 mg / kg to 10 mg / kg / day. By using the allometric growth method, the dose in the human body becomes 2.9 mg / kg, so for a typical weight class, the daily average dose should not exceed 203.5 mg.
There is no information to indicate the toxicity of corroxacin, although the dose given in the above increments does not show negative side effects. If you have not used a drug before, there may be a headache after use, which is common for the first time. By stacking Coluracetam with choline, you can reduce this risk.
